Valsartan/sacubitril (Entresto): Mechanism

Entresto is made up of two molecules => Valsartan & Scubitril

  • Valsartan is an ARB (Angiotensin receptor blockers) =>  Angiotensin II AT1 receptor blocker
  • Scubitril => Neprilysin inhibitor
