Classical clinical symptoms of Wernicke’s Encephalopathy:
- Encephalopathy (i.e disorientation, inattentiveness)
- Oculomotor dysfunction (i.e typically bilateral horizontal nystagmus, lateral rectus palsy)
- Gait ataxia (May appear wide-based and slow)
